For starters, the staff will think about what your dress looks like and where the cake will be placed at your reception. Colors and the amount of decoration on the cake comes next. Then they figure out flavors of cake, filling and frosting.

Some flavor combinations that are popular are vanilla cake with lemon curd and raspberry, chocolate cake with either mousse or fudge filling, almond cake with either raspberry or almond praline custard buttercream. Carrot or poppy seed cake with cream cheese filling, spice, vanilla, or chocolate cake with caramel or coffee filling. They also offer alcohol infused custard buttercreams, passion fruit curd, and seasonal fresh fruit fillings.

Samples were sent home with you to enjoy at room temperature and with a big glass of milk!
